Physiotherapy may be an unknown discipline for some people and a common practice for others. Whether you've just been injured or have a prescription from your doctor, everyone has the same questions, especially during their first appointment with their physiotherapist. This is why Physio Go Clinic has decided to answer the questions asked by our patients. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions about our clinic, services or therapists!

1. Is Physiotherapy Appropriate For My Injury Or Condition? If you are unsure if our physiotherapists' treatments are appropriate for your injury or condition, don't hesitate to call us! We will be more than happy to discuss with you and refer you to one of our therapists or healthcare professionals who specialize in the area for which you need treatment. 2. How many treatments will I need? It depends on your injury, your health and your physical condition. In other words, it depends on what you need to get back into your daily routine and reach your goals. Your physiotherapist will be able to give you an estimate of the number of visits after your assessment. 3. Why Do I Need to Be Assessed by a Physiotherapist? Physiotherapists are accountable for the care they provide to their patients. A full assessment is required to determine your medical diagnosis if treatment is required and, if so, what type of treatment is recommended. 4. What Should I Wear During My Treatments? Dress comfortably. You may bring any comfortable clothing. We also have shorts and dresses at your disposal. 5. How Do You Decide on the Cost of Treatment? Our fees are based on the time you spend with your physiotherapist. 6. Do You Bill Insurance Companies? We are pleased to offer this service to our patients. Most insurance companies allow us to bill them directly. Please contact us so that we can get all the necessary information regarding the billing procedure for your insurance company.
